How long will my treats stay fresh?
Our brownies and blondies stay fresh for up to 10 days if kept in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. For the best experience, you can also freeze them for up to 3 months.
Do you offer nationwide shipping?
Yes, we ship our treats across the entire UK using tracked delivery services. Orders are typically dispatched within 2-4 working days of being placed.
Can I include a gift message with my order?
Absolutely! You can add a personalized gift message at the checkout stage, which we will print and include inside the box for that extra special touch.
Do you cater to specific dietary requirements?
We offer a range of vegan and gluten-free options. However, please note that all our products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, wheat, milk, and eggs, so we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives in poor condition, please email our support team within 24 hours with photos of the damage and your order number so we can resolve it.
Can I amend or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because we begin preparing your fresh bakes shortly after an order is placed, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations. Please contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist.
